RECIPE: Ravioli With Pan Roasted Tomatoes

1. BRING a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain. 2. MELT the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, while the ravioli are cooking. Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook the tomatoes until their skins split, about 4-6 minutes, shaking the pan every few minutes to rotate tomatoes. 3. ADD the garlic and cook for 1 minute more. Add the drained ravioli and toss with the tomatoes until combined. 4. GARNISH with basil and serve immediately with Parmesan cheese. |
