Instead of mayonnaise, it uses a vinaigrette flavored with lime juice and cumin.

RECIPE: CABBAGE SLAW WITH CUMIN-LIME VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, cored and thin sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

    Preparation
